BUCKEYE RANCH HORSE FUTURITY AND AUCTION
Welcome! We hope you will join us on September 11 and 12, 2026 for our 3rd annual Buckeye Ranch Horse Futurity event. The futurity is on Friday, with a ranch horse auction to follow on Saturday.
The event will be held rain or shine, judged by professional judges and locate inside a large covered arena south of Walnut Creek, Ohio.
Nominations are now open for 2026 Stallions! Any 3 year old sired by a nominated stallion can participate in the 3 Year Old Futurity!

We are also working on arranging a cowhorse session.
The video previewed the ranch trail pattern for the upcoming Open Class and 3-year-old Futurity coming up September 11.
Open Class - Ranch Trail
September 11, 2026 - 8am
Anyone can enter the Ranch Trail Class.
It will be judged by professionals and will be a good measure of your skills or be a nice warm-up for later competition.
Prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
$150/entry

Buckeye Ranch Horse Futurity
September 12, 2026 - 6pm
The evening futurity is open to 3-year-olds who sold as yearlings in the Horseman’s Mission Sale.
It’s also open to any offspring of this year’s nominated stallions.
CASH PRIZES AWARDED to 1st, 2nd and 3rd Places.
Two Classes: Ranch Trail and Ranch Horse Conformation

On Saturday, we’ll host an auction of ranch horses – open to any breed and includes finished riding horses, broodmares, unstarted young horses, yearlings and weanlings.
